Before the workshop, we ask you to complete a short online self-assessment questionnaire (approx 20 mins). Ideally, we also ask you to get at least four of your work colleagues to complete a short online questionnaire about you (10 mins). These questionnaires enable us to generate individual Belbin Team Role reports on your Team Role preferences and their implications. While not essential to have your colleagues’ reports, a more complete Team Role profile is obtained with these. |
